Sylvie Desjardins is the owner of NxCareer. She has been a Certified Canadian Counselor (CCC) since 2011 and a Licensed Counseling Therapist (LCT) since 2017. in 2018, she became a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) after passing the national exam. With over 12 years of experience in career development, she honed her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in career counseling (M.O.) at the University of Moncton and participating in various training programs over the years.

As a business owner and career specialist, Sylvie has appeared in several special editions of Acadie Nouvelle, been invited numerous times to CBC/Radio-Canada as a career expert, and in March 2022, to Global News to discuss new employee retention strategies.
